Two Roundabouts encapsulate what Belvedere is about.
The obvious one is new and on the A2016 in Lower Belvedere and features the striking Belvedere Cob and its association with the Gypsy community, and now in the centre of the commercial sector. Some 50 years ago there was nothing but marsh and Gypsy caravans where the Cob stands today.
The second older and mini roundabout sits on the A206 at the junction of Woolwich, Erith, Nuxley and Picardy Roads in the centre of the residential and shopping area.
